our cleaning checklists

To ensure clarity and consistency, we provide a basic checklist for all initial basic clean sessions and a comprehensive checklist for all other types of cleans. This helps us align with your expectations and ensures that nothing is overlooked. We ask that you complete the relevant checklist and return it to us before your scheduled clean so we can best prepare. While we strive to complete all tasks, there may be occasions where time constraints prevent us from finishing every single item. Rest assured, we always prioritise the most important areas to ensure a high-quality clean.

basic cleans (once off or recurring)

Kitchen: Benchtops, stovetop, sink, dining table, and external cabinetry (if time allows).
Bedrooms: Making beds, wiping down bedside tables, lamps, and cabinetry.
Living Areas: Wiping tables, TV units, ledges, and vacuuming furniture (if time allows).
Bathrooms: Cleaning the shower, vanity, mirror, toilet, and bath.
Laundry: Wiping benchtops, sinks, and appliances.
Flooring: Vacuuming and mopping all areas.
Additional tasks like fans, skirting boards, and external appliances if time permits.

deep cleans & spring cleans

Everything in a Basic Clean, plus:
Scrubbing wall tiles, grouting, and fixtures in the bathroom.
Wiping down all cabinetry (internal & external).
Deep cleaning kitchen appliances, including rangehood filters and stovetops.
Thorough dusting of blinds, photo frames, and skirting boards.
Removing cobwebs, washing walls, and cleaning doors, handles, and light switches.
